KS4 – Resilience

The Positive Planners have developed this lesson plan for Now & Beyond, to provide tools that can help teens to manage their feelings and the way that they react to situations.

At the bottom of the page you can download:

  • Planning your positive – four exercises to help look after your mental health
  • Day positive planner –  a tool to practice the art of writing for wellbeing

The session is written so that if the teacher only has limited time, the lesson plan can be broken down into just one or two of the activities.

The session aims to:

  1. Provide tools to manage your wellbeing
  2. Promote daily positivity and encourage self-care
