GP Dr Susanna Davies founded PAPAYA six years ago when she began recognising the link between technology use and poor mental health in students. She is the author of the forthcoming book The Healthy Selfie: How to Like Yourself in the Digital Age. Dr. Davies is available to give workshops for students aged 7-14 and parent talks.

Nicola MacDonald is a Resilience Coach who specialises in Mindfulness, Technology Addiction, Youth, Parenting, and Workplace support. She is the founder of Bath Mindfulness and runs resilience workshops and talks for schools, parents, and adults in the workplace. She is the author of Resilient Teen, a non-fiction book for adolescents struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, or self-esteem issues. Her 2024 re-release now includes a parents chapter to help them navigate the adolescent years and social media suffocation.
