Solutions Not Sides (SNS) has worked with over 75,000 British students and their teachers over twelve years and is run by three leaders who have over 25 years combined of experience working in conflict resolution within Palestine and Israel.
Their lessons aim to re-humanise those at the heart of a dehumanising conflict, build empathy, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills in young people, and to help tackle antisemitism & Islamophobia which manifests around this issue.
At Beyond we believe addressing the Israel-Palestine conflict head on is essential especially considering the rise in hate among students recently. It is noted that SNS has received criticism from both sides, however, we believe that the below lesson is important and can help you navigate the effects of this sensitive topic that we currently see playing out in schools across the UK.
