See Me is Scotland’s programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination, enabling people who experience mental health problems to live fulfilled lives.
More than half of young people in Scotland say they wouldn’t tell someone if they were struggling with their mental health – and we know that needs to change. See Me works with people across Scotland to open up conversations about mental health and change behaviours to create a fairer, more inclusive Scotland for all as part of the wider See Us movement.
