Created by experts in education and entertainment, the Bow-Wowza school resources provide a fun and fresh way to bring tried-and-tested wellbeing tools into the classroom. These activities are intended to encourage pupils to speak and think kindly about themselves – as they would a dear friend. The musical video, designed to introduce the topic, is a light-hearted and catchy reminder to speak positively about oneself and to celebrate who we each are.
