Digital dependency: navigating your family’s relationship with tech

Ian Russell (Molly Rose Foundation) hosts a conversation with Carrie Longton (founder, Mumsnet), Manjit Sareen (co-founder, Natterhub), Ukaoma Uche (Papyrus suicide prevention charity) and 18 year old Kai Leighton (Beyond youth board member and founder of The Mental Shift) about online safety and the need for greater regulations.

This session is designed to equip parents/carers/grown-ups with practical advice and knowledge to empower their children to enjoy healthy relationships with tech and social media. It confronts the elephant in the room that is – grown ups’ own relationships with tech. Please note, this session will contain references to suicide and self harm.
