Text Beyond to 85258 for free, 24/7 text support across the UK. Trained volunteers will listen to how you’re feeling and help you think the next step towards feeling better.
Samaritans
Samaritans are available day or night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope and who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure.
Childline
To help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through. You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are there to support you.
Papyrus
A confidential support and advice service for CYP under 35 years who are experiencing thoughts of suicide or anyone concerned that a young person could be thinking about suicide.
Tellmi app
The Tellmi app makes it easy to talk about difficult things and feel better. Talk anonymously with other people of a similar age and experience and get support.
Kooth
Whatever you’re feeling, we’re here to help. Get free, safe and anonymous support. Mini-activities to boost your wellbeing.
Switchboard
We are Switchboard, the LGBT+ Helpline. We are a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional well-being.
