Details: Join thousands of other educational settings nationally taking part in our live, sponsored mindful moment that will encourage participants to use visualisation, imagination and breath-work to engage in mindfulness. All money raised will go towards improving mental health provisions in educational settings across the UK. We understand that not all settings feel comfortable to ask for sponsorship and of course, you are still more than welcome to take part in the Mindful Moment!

Details: Join us for a pawsome session by our furry friends at Bow Wowza that focusses on kindness and self compassion. Presented by CBeebies presenters Rebecca Keatley and Dr Radha featuring a special guest caller! This session will include an activity.

Details: Join Joe Wicks MBE, The Body Coach, for a 15 minute warm up to get those brain juices going. With a Q&A by Beyond youth board member and aspiring presenter Muhammad (Abz) Abby.

Queer Up – Empowering LGBTQ+ teens, their curious peers and allies

Details: Join TV’s favourite Dr Ranj (he/him) as he explores themes from Alexis Caught’s debut book Queer Up: An Uplifting Guide to LGBTQ+ Love, Life and Mental Healthwhich is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ teens, as well as their curious peers and empowering their allies. Dr Ranj is joined by Alexis Caught (he/him), singer/songwriter and youth LGBTQ+ worker Jason Kwan (he/they), Beyond youth board member Jacob (he/him) and Just Like Us Director of Comms Amy Ashenden (she/her).

All Things Unequal – an exploration into racial inequality and its impact on mental health

Teacher Wellbeing with Anna Freud Centre

Details: The past couple of years have been extremely challenging for the educational community; you’ve looked after everyone else’s wellbeing often at the expense of your own.

Join experts from the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families as they share practical tools to help you manage your own wellbeing in and out of school.

Parenting Post Pandemic

Details: Join host Lorraine Candy as she discusses the mental health challenges faced by parents and how parents can support their children’s mental health whilst navigating their own at the same time. Lorraine will be joined by guests Kate SilvertonCarrie Grant MBE, Gurpreet Singh (@Sikhdad), Judah Racham (Place2Be Parenting Smart).
