See Me is Scotland’s programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination, enabling people who experience mental health problems to live fulfilled lives.

This ‘Coping, resilience, and managing stress’ lesson plan is part of the ‘What’s On Your Mind’ Resource Pack supporting teachers and students to become informed on the topic of mental health and develop the core skills and confidence to tackle stigma and discrimination within the school and wider community.
