Terms and Conditions for Providers

What do these terms cover?

These terms and conditions cover your interactions with our Now and Beyond Community, a location-based directory of mental health and/or wellbeing practitioners who specialise in children and young people’s mental health and/or wellbeing. This directory has been developed to provide educational settings with easy access to mental health and/or wellbeing practitioners who can provide immediate support to their students/ teachers.

Providers

To become an approved Now and Beyond Community member listed in the directory you must be an experienced practitioner who:

  • Is accredited by a professional body (where relevant)
  • Specialises in working with children and adolescents
  • Can provide us with an up to date DBS certificate and insurance policy/details
  • Has participated in a phone interview with a member of our vetting team
  • Has been approved by our clinical lead
  • Offers our users a discounted rate from their standard fees (min. 5%)

Our Services and Requirements

Our visitors to the directory (e.g., teachers) may connect with you either through our internal chat function or by using your contact details (should you select for them to be visible on your listing). We do not facilitate any payment transactions, these should be dealt with between you and the educational setting booking your services.

Throughout the year we request feedback from our schools about any Now and Beyond members they have used. On a yearly basis we will request up-to-date DBS and relevant insurance information from yourself which, together with the feedback from schools, forms our annual review procedure. Please inform us of any changes to your information in the interim.

We expect our members to discuss theirs and the schools’ safeguarding policies before agreeing to work together to ensure the safety of the beneficiary is protected.

Liability

As a provider of the directory, we provide contact information of our Now and Beyond members. We are not liable for the advice and support given by our Now and Beyond members. Now and Beyond members shall indemnify us against any liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred by educational settings arising out of or in connection with the provision of services they have booked via the directory.

How do we use your personal data?

We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Rights

These terms and conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Governing Laws

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to the directory will be determined before the courts of England & Wales who will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
